About Lambs Grange

Lambs Grange is a residential & day education and therapy centre for 14 - 19 year old young people
with Autism. All our students have autism and associated difficulties. Our approach actively encourages personal development and growth, supported by PROACT-SCIPr-UK, PECS , Essential Lifestyle Planning, a 24 hour curriculum, and a strongly committed staff team. We design and deliver individual care, education and therapy programmes taking care to keep both children and families in mind. We offer weekly, termly and 52 week placements as well as welcoming day students with less severe difficulties who live within travelling distance of the centre.

Our 24 hour curriculum is designed to provide the highest quality education and care for our pupils, through a supportive, warm and happy environment, enabling our young people to become fully participating members of family and community.

We make every effort to provide family and friends with support, skills and training sharing our expertise in order to enable their children to participate in family life as far as is possible.

The Grange is a large house with larger than average rooms creating a spacious and comfortable living space. The extensive and well-established grounds encompassing purpose-built play area, orchard, large garden with sensory garden attached, and grounds and woods offer students access to fresh air and exercise at home. Trips out into the community to access activities and enjoy hobbies and interests are a large part of our ethos.
