Sue Barnes
Team Leader - Nights.

"My previous job was at Lambs Grange (since 2000) I worked as a residential support worker for two years then on days for five years on nights - 3 of those as Deputy Team Leader.

I am enjoying my new role and the challenge of a new venture by Lambs Group into adult services. Bank Hall is a lovely warm and friendly environment, with both the staff and service users contributing to the cheerful atmosphere.

Elaine Cross
Team Leader - Nights - Nurse.

I completed 30 years in November working as a nurse, having held a variety of posts and spent the last 7 years with BUPA.

Last years BUPA celebrated their 60th anniversary and held their 60th Challenge in Thailand.  Only 60 volunteers were chosen and I was lucky enough to be one of them.  We went out in groups of 10 to Sarnelli House Orphanage home to 126 children with aids and hiv.  It was a fantastic experience and we all felt a mix of emotions from happy to sad, with an overall sense of pride and hard work. To date I have raised £2000 since returning, and hope to go back to Sarnelli House next year.

Upon my return I wished to experience another challenge and so applied to Bank Hall taking on the role of Nurse/Night Team Leader.  I am very happy to be part of this new venture.
